Corporate & Legal Compliance
We are a fully licensed and registered Indonesian tourism entity, adhering to all national and regional regulations. This ensures accountability and provides our guests with the full protection of the law.
- Legal Entity: We are registered as a Perseroan Terbatas (PT), the Indonesian equivalent of a limited liability company, ensuring a stable and professional corporate structure.
- Tourism Business License (TDUP): We hold a valid Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (Tourism Business Registration Certificate), issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf), which authorizes us to operate as a tour and travel provider. Our license number is available upon request.
- Taxpayer Identification (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer in Indonesia and are fully compliant with all regulations set forth by the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (Directorate General of Taxes).
- IATA Accreditation: For any flight booking services, we work through IATA-accredited channels, ensuring compliance with global aviation standards.

- Comprehensive Insurance: All guests on our tours are covered by comprehensive travel accident insurance. Furthermore, all our full-time employees are covered by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Indonesia’s national social security program for workers, which includes work accident and life insurance.
- Vehicle & Driver Safety: Our fleet consists of modern, well-maintained vehicles that undergo regular safety inspections. All vehicles are equipped with seatbelts for all passengers and GPS tracking. Our drivers are professionally licensed, have clean driving records, and are trained in defensive driving techniques for navigating the roads of Flores.
- Guide Certification & Training: Our lead guides are not only cultural experts but also trained safety leaders. Each guide is certified by the Himpunan Pramuwisata Indonesia (HPI) and holds a current Wilderness First Aid (WFA) certification.
